Our products (Safepad™, Safetowels™, Safepanty™, Gopad™) are sold for personal hygiene use. While we strive for accuracy, product images and descriptions are for illustration only. We reserve the right to refuse any order. All product sales are subject to our return policy (available upon request).

5. Donations and Payments

Donations are processed via bank transfer or other agreed methods. Donations are non‑refundable unless an error has occurred. We are a registered social enterprise and NGO; receipts are provided for tax purposes where applicable.

6. Third‑Party Links

Our website may contain links to third‑party websites (e.g., WHO, UNFPA). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

7. Intellectual Property

The trademarks “My SafePad” and our logo are owned by My SafePad International. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My SafePad International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) or $50 USD.

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or secure.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My SafePad International, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Liberia and the Republic of Rwanda, depending on the jurisdiction of the relevant office. Any disputes shall be resolved through good‑faith negotiation, or if necessary, binding arbitration in Monrovia or Kigali.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
