Our Impact
From grassroots movement to registered social enterprise — real change, measured in lives transformed.
2019–2020: Planting the Seeds
YAGEES Initiative + PPAL Partnership
Partnered with Planned Parenthood Association of Liberia (PPAL) to deliver free family planning services — all methods — every 3 months to slum communities. Reached 1,000+ women and girls with contraception and education.
Kick Off the Dialogue on Menstrual Health
Collaborated with Real Relief ASPs and YAGEES Initiative on a campaign that engaged 2,000+ young men, boys, girls, and adolescents in open conversations about menstruation.
HIV & STI Prevention
With condoms and IEC materials from the National AIDS Control Program and PPAL, we distributed HIV/STI education, condoms, and information to hundreds of youth in high‑risk communities.
DKT International Partnership
Joined YAGEES and DKT International Liberia to provide SRHR and contraceptive education to 200+ students across 11+ high schools.
2021: Engaging Men as Allies
Partnered with Urmonae Health Liberia to train and champion 20+ men and boys as allies for women and girls. These male champions now advocate for including Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) in household budgets and support gender equality in their communities.
✔️ First of its kind male‑led MHM program in Liberia
2022: Consolidating Evidence
Continued distribution of condoms and IEC materials with National AIDS Control Program. Conducted internal study in rural Liberia to understand menstrual product gaps, usage patterns, and cultural acceptance. Findings directly shaped our product design and distribution strategy.
2023: From Movement to Institution
Legally Registered Social Enterprise
After a successful “Kick Off the Dialogue on Menstrual Health” campaign with key stakeholders in Liberia, we formally registered as a social enterprise and NGO.
10,000+ Products Distributed
Since registration, we have distributed over 10,000 antimicrobial reusable pads across Liberia. Partnered with multiple nonprofits for trainings, awareness, and product distribution.
ECOWAS Recognition
Supplied menstrual products to the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) team in Liberia — a testament to our quality and reliability.
Total Reach: 6,000+
Through all partnerships and programs since 2019, we have directly reached over 6,000 individuals with SRHR education, products, and referrals.
2024: Breaking Barriers – Timbuktoo HealthTech
Selected to join the Timbuktoo HealthTech Launch, Bootcamp, and Cohort 1 — the only institution attending from Liberia for the first time. This global recognition placed My SafePad on the map as an innovative, tech‑driven SRHR solution.
2025: East Africa Expansion – Rwanda
Recognizing similar contexts and needs, we expanded to Rwanda — opening an office in Kigali. This strategic move allows us to serve Eastern and Western Africa simultaneously, scaling our impact across the continent.
✔️ Now dual‑headquartered: Rwanda (Kigali) and Liberia (Monrovia)
A Track Record of Scalable, Sustainable Impact
We have moved from ad‑hoc awareness campaigns to a registered social enterprise with proven distribution, training, and advocacy models. Our partnerships span government, international NGOs, and regional bodies. Our products are clinically tested, eco‑friendly, and loved by users. Our expansion to Rwanda shows we are ready to go continental.
