Founder & CEO
Visionary social entrepreneur, M&E professional, and software engineering student with 7+ years of leadership across NGOs, youth movements, and social enterprises in Liberia and Rwanda.
Built an organization from grassroots to nationally accredited status, mobilizing grant funding and scaling a menstrual health enterprise with over 10,000 product sales.
Certified national trainer on Women, Peace & Security (UNSCR 1325). Experienced in Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (M&EL), Results‑Based Management, and digital data systems. Also built an AI skin/crop analyzer and a fintech receipt platform.

Joetta Constance
Managing Director – Liberia
Television journalist at Liberia Broadcasting System (LBS) with 7+ years of experience. Hosts a national talk show that facilitates dialogue on governance, development, and accountability.
Has interviewed political leaders, policymakers, and civil society actors, earning awards and nominations for responsible journalism. Brings media expertise and public engagement to our advocacy.

Over seven years of experience in hospitality and people‑centered relationship management. Skilled in accounting and record‑keeping, ensuring smooth administrative operations for our Kigali office.

Outreach Coordinator – Liberia
Background in theology with seven years of experience organizing and mobilizing youth. Host of “Youth with the Goal of Christ,” bringing community engagement and passion for young people to our outreach efforts.
